Electronic Engineer/Technician

What do we do:

We install and service high level security systems for government and corporate clients around Australia.

High level security involves installation, programming and commissioning of CCTV, Access Control and Government endorsed security systems. The works will often include the integration of system like the above to each other as well as other systems.

Job Requirements:

Ø Manual driver’s licence.

Ø NO criminal record.

Ø Should have practical/working experience in electronics.

Ø Should have some IT knowledge and be able to operate a personal computer

Ø Practical skills in the handling of both hand and power tools and test gear.

Ø We would also value commonsense, initiative, efficiency and a friendly calm personality.

Ø Excellent communication skills are essential, both oral and written.

Ø A high standard of personal presentation is also required.

Job Details:

Hours – 38 hours a week

Monday – Friday (occasional overtime) and on-call for a week at a time (rotating roster).

Based in Canberra but may involve some interstate work.

Wage: Above award – motor vehicle supplied after qualifying period.
